  Absolutely appalling customer service I never thought I’d have to wait 20 minutes for a simple table service order at a McDonald’s, especially when there were only about 5 customers inside. It is blatantly obvious that the management here lacks any vision or control over this branch. ​The most frustrating part was having to walk up to the counter and basically beg for my food. To make matters worse, the assistant initially denied that my order even existed. After I finally managed to collect my order, I asked to speak to the shift manager and the assistant completely ignored me not just once, but twice. Utterly disrespectful, unprofessional, and by far the worst McDonald's experience I've had. Avoid

  Incredibly slow service, can’t even describe how painful the whole process was. We tried to cancel cause it was taking so long (1 hour+) and couldn’t without getting charged…literally held hostage when all we wanted to do was go to sleep. Abysmal service - avoid at all costs.

  Avoid like the plague, waited 40 mins for 2 Double Tasty meals so asked for a refund and left with the food. Some people were waiting 1 hour for their orders. Priority is given to the orders through Apps like Deliveroo etc. They come and go in that time and seems they are only there seconds.

  Awfully slow service with everyone in the store dissatisfied and unsanitary, I would understand slow service if the facilities were kept clean. Bathrooms were disgusting and no women's facilities had paper. The floor was sticky and staff were standoffish, aggressive and dismissive. Don't give your money to this awful establishment

  I don't really like to complain to much about the service at McDonald's. I have just accepted that it isn't all that great. However the service at Brighton Marina was awful. It wasn't even busy in there. I can only assume my 25 minute wait for 2 meals was because of all the online orders. Food was piling up on the heat stand and the very few people in there just stood staring and wondering if their food was in that pile. The self order till decided to break and we had no order number but we weren't the only one's this happened to. So again we all stood there wondering when our food would arrive. The staff were very friendly but they looked tired and stressed out. One girl working there looked like she was going to cry and was very apologetic when she finally served our meal. I told her not to worry and asked if she was okay but she clearly wasn't. Of course our meal was of tepid heat by then. To top it off a £5.99 box of cold mozzarella sticks were missing the cheese in the middle. By this point we were to hungry to ask for hot food with the fillings included so we just ate it. McDonald's you need to sort your service out. Clearly your Mcdelivery service is a mess. Try looking after your staff better too! This is a clear case of quantity over quality. Worst McDonald's I've been to for a while.
